Music is a must when having an outdoor event. Choose upbeat songs that will get people dancing, singing along or just tapping their feet to the beat. You could even have a karaoke machine set up for some extra fun. Additionally, have games on hand like corn holes or horseshoes to keep things exciting and provide hours of amusement for all ages.

6) Clean Up:

Cleaning up afterwards is always a daunting task, but with careful planning it needn’t be. Make sure there are sufficient garbage bags for waste and recycling, as well as enough volunteers to help with the clean-up process. Encourage all attendees to pitch in and throw away their own trash, making sure that all discarded items are placed in the proper containers when they are finished. After everything has been packed up, it's important to do one last sweep of the area to make sure no litter was left behind.
